Quality Policy
The strategy of HOLOMÝ s.r.o. is to maintain and strengthen its position as a significant Czech manufacturer of special electronics, sought after by customers for the high quality and utility value of its products and services, and by suppliers for its reputation as a reliable purchaser known in its field both domestically and internationally. To implement this strategy, the company’s quality policy is formulated and put into practice.
Our fundamental mission is to contribute to improving the standard of living and the development of human society by creating values beneficial to customers and by achieving an adequate profit. The way to achieve this is our primary and conscious focus on fulfilling the specified requirements of customers as well as their unspoken expectations, while respecting good morals and legality, demands for health and occupational safety, and the requirements of society regarding consumer protection and environmental protection.
The main scope of activity is the development, production, and sale of special electronic devices and related services. The carriers of resources for the existence and development of the company, as well as for meeting the obligations the company has towards its employees and partners, are our customers. Their satisfaction and commercial loyalty stemming from positive experiences with the quality of our products and services are prerequisites for raising the standard of our professional and personal lives. Therefore, the highest commitment and obligation of the management of HOLOMÝ s.r.o. and every employee is to adopt as their own and in everyday work fulfill the requirements of the customer-oriented quality management system, actively participate in risk management and elimination, and continuously improve all relevant processes.
An equally important task is to create and maintain reliable relationships with quality suppliers and, through mutual business support, contribute to the resources of their development, thereby strengthening our own competitiveness for the future.
The executives, managers, and all employees without exception are directly responsible for the quality of the products and services we provide to our customers, as well as to each other in workplace relationships. At our level, we are obliged to monitor the development of the industry, improve our knowledge and skills, and perceive feedback from product users and the general competitive environment. By responding correctly and promptly to market changes and by caring for customers through meeting their increasing demands for products and services, we create the resources for the company’s long-term operation and for improving employees’ standard of living both at work and in private life. A general contribution is good economic performance and the transfer of resources for society-wide benefit.
The tool for implementing the quality policy is the established and certified quality management system. Management rules are set in the form of guidelines, procedures, and regulations, and are also supported by tradition, good business practices, professionalism, friendly communication, compliance with laws and good morals, and a natural effort for maximum quality in everyday work. The quality management system is annually reviewed by company management through internal audits and assessed for its suitability, effectiveness, clarity, risks, and existing opportunities for improvement. The current status and adequacy of the formulated quality policy and its related quality objectives are also reviewed.
The formulation of the quality policy is publicly accessible. Company management identifies with it, defends its principles, explains them, and strives for their complete understanding by all employees. For its implementation, specific quality objectives aimed at areas requiring improvement are set annually. These quality objectives create a basis for measuring achieved results and evaluating the suitability of the chosen objectives for overall improvement.
The quality policy and quality objectives are published in important areas of the company accessible to every employee, customer, and business partner. They commit us to responsibility, cooperative teamwork, and the joint objective evaluation of achieved results.
